About the role

As a commercial energy broker, your role will be to engage with SMEs in supporting them to save money on their gas and electricity renewals. You will promote our services using a combination of both telephone and email contact to generate leads, you will then be supported by our senior team to close your sales opportunities, you will engage with hundreds of businesses on a weekly basis. Your ability to strike up engaging conversations and connect with people can determine your success. Every sale is about finding the right solution for the customer.

This role is not for the feint hearted and requires a strong work ethic, high levels of resilience, rejection/ objection handling, and a structured self-employed mentality. Remaining positive in adversity.

You don`t necessarily need to come from a sales background, but an outgoing personality and drive to achieve is a `must`.

We`ll provide all the promotional equipment and training you need to be successful - You need to provide the enthusiasm, drive and commitment to ensure that your goals are achieved.

To achieve this role successfully you must:

  • Have a confident and inviting sales manner
  • Stable internet and telephone access
  • A quiet and professional working environment in which to conduct your calls effectively

This role is commission based only.

You will receive an impressive 40% commission on all sales opportunities.

Payments are made via invoice, based upon supplier payment terms, a single sale could return commissions for the full contract length of up to 5 years!

You will be responsible for sourcing your own sales opportunities and relaying these back to our senior team to close, but don't worry we are always on hand to give a helping hand!

As a self-employed sales executive, you will also be required to manage your own tax and national insurance contributions as neccessary.
